Team Event starts on Saturday at 9:30 with an opening ceremony.
Matches starts at 10:00
The Individual Event is expected to finish on Sunday at 15.00, followed by the prize
giving ceremony.

Event format:
Team Competition: U11, U13 – each team consist of 3 boys and 1 girl
Individual Competitions: BU11, GU11, BU13, GU13
Players must not be 11/13 years on 12th May 2024

Matches:
All team event matches will consist of the best of five games; PAR 11 scoring (to 2
clear points).
Individual events matches might be played best of three games.

Final order: Each TIE consists of 4 matches (Girl, Boy 1, Boy 2, Boy 3)
TIE points rule:
4.0 points for a 4/0 win
3.0 points for a 3/1 win
2.0 points for a 2/2 win
1.5 points for a 2/2 loss
1.0 points for a 1/3 loss
0.0 points for a 0/4 loss

TIE draw (2/2) win/loss rule:
1. Games balance
2. Points balance
Final standing rule:
1. Tie points
2. Games balance
3. Games won
4. Points balance
5. Points won

Refereeing: Players are expected to mark and referee matches.
Official ball: DUNLOP Pro

Eye protection: All players must wear approved eye protection when competing during the event.
Players will not be allowed to compete without this protection.

Insurance: Players enter and play in the tournament at their own risk. Neither the Organizer
nor the Host Club will accept any responsibility for injury or other damages arising
from participation in the tournament. Competitors must arrange their own
insurance cover.

Practice courts: Friday - available from 8pm, free of charge - booking required.

Prizes: Trophies will be awarded in all categories both in team and individual events. Prize
giving ceremony for both events will be held on Sunday.
